1. General Terms

By checking out with a successful purchase, you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined on this page.

Our online store is operated by Byrd Olivieri Atelier LLC, and references to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Byrd Olivieri Atelier LLC. The services and products we offer are conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms and any additional terms referenced or linked herein.

2. Sales Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure you order the correct size.

• If you are unsure of your size, we strongly recommend using a measuring tape in inches or booking a consultation prior to placing your order.

3. Exchange & Return Policy

• Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged items only and within 10 business days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

4. Custom Orders

• All custom orders begin with a required design consultation. A consultation fee of $75 is due at the time of scheduling. This fee secures your consultation time, covers design preparation & applies to the overall cost. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate all custom orders.

• A scheduled fitting appointment is mandatory to acquire accurate measurements. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled fitting appointment are responsible for any alteration or adjustment costs incurred due to inaccurate or missing measurements.

***Clients who live outside of New York City can submit their measurements via our measurement sheet. The Measurement worksheet will be sent via email. Clients must follow the measurement worksheet to ensure accurate measurements. Clients who fail to follow the measurement worksheet are responsible for any alteration or adjustment cost incurred due to inaccurate measurements.***

• All custom orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

5. Order Pickup & Storage Policy

***New York City clients only****

• Orders not picked up on the scheduled pickup date will incur a storage fee of $50 per day, for up to 30 days.

• If an order is not retrieved within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and will be voided without refund.

6. Discounted Items

• All discounted or sale items are final sale.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges and/or alterations on discounted items.

7. Modifications to Products, Prices, and Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images are the property of Byrd Olivieri Atelier LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
